Today the team is led by Nicole Elizabeth Yaeger, who founded the group on the care she wishes she had been given when she bought her first home. As NEST grows, the faces on this page will grow with it, and every new member upholds the same promise.
About our collective
The NEST Real Estate Group is a collective of individual agents who work collaboratively while building their own successful businesses. We are a cohesive group of REALTORS® committed to growing together, sharing ideas, strategies, tips, and resources, and supporting and motivating one another along the way. With agents across multiple markets throughout the country, The NEST continues to grow and expand while remaining committed to the close-knit, family feel that makes our group unique. We believe there is room for everyone to succeed, and that we are stronger when we work together, celebrate each other’s wins, and stay true to our shared vision. And, of course, we like to have a little fun along the way.

Founder & Team Lead
Nicole built NEST from the ground up on responsiveness, relentless follow-through, and relationship-driven marketing. She bought her first home at 24 with no guidance and decided to give every client the care she wished she had. More than 280 closings since 2018, and she still answers her own phone.
