Hi, I'm Nicole
I grew up in southeastern Michigan. When I bought my first home at the age of 24, I was
scared and had no guidance. After buying and selling several times after that, I realized
that there are certain characteristics that a real estate agent should possess.
When I started my real estate career, I decided I would provide my clients with the type of
care and guidance that I wish I was given. That decision became the foundation of NEST Real
Estate Group: a business built on responsiveness, relentless follow-through, and
relationship-driven marketing that consistently attracts and connects with buyers and
sellers.
Today I lead NEST Real Estate Group at EXP Realty, serving buyers, sellers, and relocation
clients across Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County. My mission is simple: to make real estate
feel personal, approachable, and seamless by building lasting relationships and guiding
clients confidently through every step of buying or selling a home.
